All of our classes are small - Whether you're a seasoned pro or haven't exercised for 10 years, you're welcome here! 

  • Reformer Pilates - our signature class. Have fun while improving strength and flexibility. Using the Pilates Reformer machine you will work on balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone. The Reformer machine adjusts to suit your individual strength and flexibility and is open to all levels, including pre and post-natal clients.

  • Barre - Feel the burn and get your sweat on in the heart-pumping dance-inspired barre class. We have taken elements from ballet, pilates and strength training and blended them into this fast-paced, fun cardio class. 

  • Pilates Circuit -   enjoy a varied workout experimenting with different pilates equipment.  We keep you on your toes working through a varied range of exercises using reformers, wunda chairs, barres, barrels, arcs, sliders and cadillacs. Don't be daunted by the gear, our classes are small allowing us to custom moves for every body. 

  • Meditation & Stretch- Bathe in healing sounds and vibrations during this 45 minute gong meditation class. Using sound as a form of healing dates back to ancient cultures. A gong bath, or gong meditation, is a form of sound healing designed to offer relaxation for body and mind. This class is open to anyone seeking an unforgettable sound healing experience.
