All of our classes are small - this allows us to layer exercises to cater for all participants. Whether you're a seasoned pro or haven't exercised for 10 years, you're welcome here! 

  • Reformer Pilates - our signature class. Have fun while improving strength and flexibility. Using the Pilates Reformer machine you will work on balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone. The Reformer machine adjusts to suit your individual strength and flexibility and is open to all levels, including pre and post-natal clients.

  • Yoga 

    • Heated Vinyasa - Vinyasa Yoga is a flowy yoga practice that strings together a number of poses in a faster paced practice, connecting breath and movement. We deliver this class in a heated room around 30 degrees, which will have you sweating and enjoying the benefits of detoxifying your body in every class. 

    • Yin Yoga - Better than sleep! Yin yoga practices the sequences consist of a series of slow, long holds and mat-based postures that stretch out the connective tissues and fascia in the body. It's a fantastic way to connect with your body and breath in a slow-paced relaxing environment.

  • Barre - Feel the burn and get your sweat on in the heart-pumping dance-inspired barre class. We have taken elements from ballet, pilates and strength training and blended them into this fast-paced, fun cardio class. 

  • Mat Pilates -   Work on core strength, alignment, mobility and full-body strengthening. Arguably more challenging than reformer. 

  • Meditation- Bathe in healing sounds and vibrations during this 45 minute gong meditation class. Using sound as a form of healing dates back to ancient cultures. A gong bath, or gong meditation, is a form of sound healing designed to offer relaxation for body and mind. This class is open to anyone seeking an unforgettable sound healing experience.
